Community Action Project is an extension of the Bring a Friend Ministry reaching out to the un-churched community. The purpose of Community Action Project is to extend a personal invitation to friends and neighbors who do not know Christ to attend an outreach. Get a group of friends together to visit a neighborhood with information and invitations to give to neighbors and friends.
Take a group delegation to an exciting outreach. A group delegation consists of 15 to 50 people who will arrive and enter the venue together as a group. Buses and vans will park free in areas that facilitate larger vehicles. Group travel is encouraged to streamline travel and allow for entry together to take advantage of delegation seating.
Jesus met the physical needs of people who came to hear Him and He commanded us to do the same in Matthew 25. Love in Action activities are chosen by a local committee to meet the physical needs of people in that community. In the past, we have collected food, clothing, school supplies and cleaned community areas.
